Google launches Android 15 on Pixel phones with advanced security and privacy features
Google has begun rolling out the Android 15 update to compatible Pixel devices, and while Google released the source code for the open source version last month, the commercial version of the system has now begun arriving on phones and tablets.
As usual, Pixel devices get priority in getting the update, as Google has launched Pixel 9 series Last August. Although Google usually releases system updates in conjunction with its flagship phones, this did not happen this time.
The Android 15 update will reach eligible devices from other manufacturers in the coming months, and some manufacturers may rely on modified versions of the system.

Google also offers more options in the camera for third-party applications, such as precise control of the flash, in addition to supporting the one-touch “passkey” login feature.
In addition, Google today launched “Pixel Drop” which includes support for the “Theft Detection Lock” feature for devices running Android 10 and above.
